Our Ongoing Efforts for Accessibility

The Mountains Please strives to make our website easy to use and accessible for everyone, including people who use assistive tools like screen readers, magnifiers, or alternative keyboards.

We try our hardest to base our accessibility efforts on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. These global standards offer helpful recommendations for making websites easier to use for everyone. Each time we add new pages or features, we review our design and content to make sure they meet these guidelines to the best of our ability. Please note that areas of our website that may not be fully accessible yet (e.g., older images without alt text, embedded maps, etc).

Keeping our website accessible is an ongoing effort. We do our best to check our posts, pages, and features to make sure they meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, fixing any problems we find in a timely manner. We utilize trusted tools like WAVE to help keep our site easy for everyone to use.
